We started Knyaw Soe Agency to do staffing the way it should be done in Edmonton — small enough to know our candidates by name, but professional enough to handle the licensing, vetting, and paperwork employers expect from a registered agency.
Today we place candidates into warehousing, light industrial, hospitality, food production, and office roles across the Edmonton metropolitan area. Many of the people we represent are newcomers building their first Canadian work history; many of the employers we serve have been with us for years.
We don't believe in volume for its own sake. We'd rather make one placement that lasts than five that don't.
